After three seasons of intensive training, in February 2021, nurse Tian Jialu of our hospital successfully completed the medical services provision work of 2020/2021 national snowboard/freestyle skiing invitational series.

As a test event and the first competition of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, this actual exercise has further improved the emergency response capabilities of the ski doctors' medical services provision team in snow events, and also accumulated valuable experience for the medical support services of the 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The Winter Olympics Ski Medical services provision Doctor Team is composed of the first batch of professional doctors who can ski in China. While possessing high-level skiing skills, they must complete professional medical rescue work for injured athletes. According to the requirements of the International Snow Federation, the doctor must skillfully and quickly reach the location of the wounded athlete within 4 minutes.
In order to successfully complete the rescue task for the Winter Olympic Games test competition, from February 7th to February 26th, 24 track rescue doctors including Tian Jialu from our hospital carried out the medical services provision work for 7 track, 25 events, 147 athletes and 178 national technical officials.

During the test competition, Tian Jialu stayed in the Zhangjiakou Yunding Division for three weeks, arriving at the track FOP site at 7 a.m. every day, staying by the track all day, participating in track rescues for multiple events.

After 20 consecutive days of hard work, Tian Jialu and the first generation of Chinese ski doctors, with their superb medical and skiing skills, successfully completed the rescue task of the track.

During the Winter Olympics test competition, Tian Jialu was conscientious and dedicated, and was highly praised by the Winter Olympics Organizing Committee and Zhangjiakou Municipal Health Commission.

Tian Jialu said that the successful completion of the medical services provision work of this test competition is inseparable from the great help and support of the hospital leaders, the nursing department and the leaders of her department.
