Guang'anmen Hospital has innovated the Internet + technology application, and built a "three-in-one" smart hospital system of medical care, service, and management, achieved more information flow and less patients gathering, and formed an online and offline modern hospital service and management model, which is continuously enhancing the people's satisfaction of access to medical treatment. Patients can visit a TCM doctor online at home, and the Internet Smart Herbal Pharmacy solves the last problem of getting herbal medicine in their medical process.

In order to meet the needs of patients, Guang'anmen Hospital has launched Internet consulting services since February 2020, becoming the first TCM hospital in Beijing to provide access to Internet diagnosis and treatment services, and the first TCM hospital to obtain online medical insurance settlement qualification and an internet hospital license.
Guang'anmen Hospital continues to optimize the "Internet + medical" service, opens online appointment examination, online payment, express delivery of drugs and herbal medicines, makes full use of information technology to optimize the service process, such as pre-dispensing prescriptions, electronic prescription delivery and internet pharmaceutical consultation. A total of 39,600 consultations and 39,900 follow-up consultations have been completed. 31,700 patients have received medicine by express delivery.
