Recently, the Beijing Administration of TCM announced the list of the 4th "Capital TCM Masters". Five TCM experts from our hospital Lu Zhi, Li Bojian, Lu Lizhu, Lin Hongsheng and Jia Jinming (in order of strokes of surnames) won the title of "Capital TCM Masters". Our hospital now has 18 Capital TCM Masters.
Lu Zhi, a medical professor of Guang'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, former director of Pediatrics Department, postgraduate tutor, 57 years of medical experience.
He is currently a member of the Clinical Medicine Expert Committee and Academic Degrees Committee of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, a member of the Pediatric Academic Committee of the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine, a member of the National Herbal Medicine Variety Evaluation Committee of the National Medical Products Administration, and a member of the Chinese Medical Association Medical Malpractice Technical Appraisal Expert Database. He participated in the compilation of more than 10 books such as "Differential Diagnosis of TCM Symptoms", "Differential Diagnosis of TCM Syndromes" and "Chinese Basic Herbal Proprietary Medicine Part I and Part II".
He is engaged in pediatric clinical research. He has unique insights and rich clinical experience in the treatments of chronic nephritis, pyelonephritis, urinary tract infection, repeated respiratory infections in children, common cold and high fever, indigestion, anorexia, diarrhea in children, anemia in children, allergic purpura, hyperactivity syndrome in children and chickenpox, rubella and mumps. He devoted his life and effort to the prevention and treatment of pediatric diseases in TCM.
Li Bojian is a medical professor of the Dermatology Department of Guang'anmen Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. He has been practicing medicine for 53 years and has been engaged in the teaching and research of TCM dermatology for 40 years.
Li Bojian inherited the academic thoughts of Surgical Xinde School and TCM dermatologist Zhu Renkang. He is good at flexibly integrating multiple syndrome differentiation methods to differentiate and treat skin diseases. He established five methods for differentiation and treatment of erythroderma, innovated new theories in dermatology, such as balancing dryness and dampness to treat eczema, using wei-qi and ying-blood differentiation method to treat psoriasis. He studied psoriasis in depth, assisted Zhu Renkang in completing the "Research on the Treatment of Psoriasis with Keyin Formula", won the Ministry of Health Class A Achievement Award, and participated in the development of herbal medicines "Keyin Pill" and "Zhenyin Ointment".
He edited 13 medical books, participated in the editing of 54 books, published more than 70 academic papers, and edited five dermatology monographs including "Fact Sheet of Dermatology", "Easy View of Dermatology", "Best View of Dermatology", "Summary of Dermatology Syndrome and Treatment", and "Understanding to the Excellent Prescription of Dermatology", making outstanding contributions to the clinical research, inheritance and development of TCM dermatology.
Lu Lizhu, former director of the Department of Pharmacy, Guang'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, has worked in hospital pharmacy for more than 60 years.
She has won the title of "Advanced Female Worker" in the National Medical System, the "Female Achievement" Model of the Central State Organs, the Contribution Award of Integrated TCM and Western Medicine by the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine, and the "Self Medication Education and Publishing" Cultivation Award of the OTC Drug Association. She was a short-term consultant to the World Health Organization (WHO). She participated in the development of Xiaozhiling injection and won the Ministry of Health Class A Achievement Award and the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award.
Lu Lizhu combined TCM research with modern medicine, paid attention to transforming the prescriptions of famous TCM doctors into herbal preparations, and actively participated in the formulation of the international "Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP)" and promoted it domestically. It has laid the foundation for ensuring the inheritance and development of the well-known TCM doctors' experience and the development of in-hospital preparations in Guang'anmen Hospital.
Lin Hongsheng is a medical professor of Guang'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, the former director of oncology department, and doctoral supervisor. She has been practicing medicine for nearly 50 years.
She is currently the chief researcher of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, the deputy director of the Cancer Institute of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, and the chairman of the International TCM Oncology Alliance. She has served as a key academic/discipline leader of the National Administration of TCM. As the principal investigator, she has won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine, and the first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of the China Association of Chinese Medicine.
With noble medical ethics and superb clinical skills, she has practiced medicine for nearly 50 years and has benefited more than 300,000 patients at home and abroad. In terms of cancer prevention and treatment in TCM and Western medicine, she innovatively proposed the theory of “consolidating the root and clearing the source” of TCM cancer prevention and treatment, and created the “five cures and five nourishment” TCM cancer prevention and control system, which drove the research and development of new herbal cancer medicines. She led and promoted the clinical evidence-based research of TCM oncology, and formulated many TCM oncology guidelines and diagnosis and treatment standards including the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Malignant Tumors in TCM". It has greatly promoted the development and progress of TCM oncology, and promoted the international cooperation and exchanges of TCM oncology.
Jia Jinming is a medical professor of Guang'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and the pioneer of andrology of integrated TCM and Western medicine. He has been practicing medicine for 52 years.
As the pioneer of Andrology of Integrated TCM and Western Medicine in China, he founded the National and Beijing Integrated TCM and Western Medicine Andrology Professional Committee, and served as chairman of the committee for two consecutive terms. He was hired as the academic leader of the Urology and Andrology of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.
He is the principal investigator of the "Research on the Treatment of Large Upper Urinary Tract Stones with Huayu Niaoshi Decoction". This project won the third prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award in 1985.
He has obtained 2 national certificates of new herbal medicines and 1 invention patent. He edited "Chinese andrology of Integrated TCM and Western medicine", published nearly 100 papers, creating the China's andrology of integrated TCM and Western medicine.
He combined TCM and Western medicine and pioneered the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia by replenishing qi and activating blood, urolithiasis by softening and dispelling knots and dispelling qi and promoting blood circulation, prostatic pain by anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and pain relief, and achieved satisfactory clinical effects.
He has treated hundreds of thousands of andrological patients with integrated TCM and Western medicine.
